I have to apologize for my prolonged absence from pretty much all social media platforms. To be quite honest, it was very purposeful. For the past few months, since finding out that my husband and I are expecting a little one, I have focused so much more on enjoying the quiet moments. I know that’s all about to change in a few months, so I’m trying to soak in all the peace and calm I can get, right now. At the same time, finding out about baby made me realize that I had some bigger changes to make. In 2015, I moved away from one of my greatest passions, family photography, and shifted my focus to weddings. However, in 2016, I’m focusing more on providing my clients with an incredible maternity and family photography experience. I’m excited to take more time to show my clients how much I appreciate them while also making them love their images.
Meanwhile, there has been a lot of planning going on behind the scenes. Blog planning that is! In the next few weeks, I’m going to be sharing so much of what I have been up to for the past few months. There are so many posts that I have been eager to share, especially my time in Charleston for the Creative at Heart Conference and the delayed honeymoon my husband and I went on this past January.
Now, if you haven’t already noticed, my website got a major revamp! I know first-hand how annoying it can be to go to a website that isn’t responsive, which was probably what motivated me to make my website mobile device friendly. To be honest, I will spend less than 20 seconds on a website that isn’t mobile friendly and those 20 seconds were probably due to the page loading. While that took much longer than I had anticipated, I am very happy with the results. I am still working on adding images to the galleries and such but I’m just happy to have the site up and running 🙂 Thanks for reading! Hope you are having a great week… we are halfway to the weekend!
